Argh…Graduation seems so far away I sometimes feel like I wanna
find a job and start working as soon as possible. I want to earn lots of money
for my future!
But I know working isn’t easy. I have a few friends who had
already started working but they say they don’t really like their jobs because
they’re not interested in it. I think it’s important to know what job you're
getting into and liking what you do. Imagine you have to face that job for your
entire life! Why not get a better job?!
Even though I’m still studying, my sister always say it’s
good to start looking out for what kind of jobs that interest you so you can
work towards achieving it. And one of the best places to look at your options
is to look at job listings on the newspaper or better, go to a career fair
where you can ask questions!
Talk about that, Talentcorp will be having a career fair called the Sector Focused career fair at MMU Cyberjaya on 20-21 November 2012 , 10.00am – 5.00pm
It's 10 am to 5 pm not 9 am to 5 pm!
This career fair aims to educate the public on the choices
of career paths available in the 4 main sectors: Electrical &Electronic
Engineering, Oil &Gas, Telco, Biotech & ICT , and what’s special about
this career fair is that most of the big companies/market leaders for each
sector will be there! About 50
companies!
If you’re in the Engineering field and would like to explore
your options in the 4 sectors, make sure you don’t miss out! Those who have
just started working, fresh grads, or those still studying like me can go check
it out.
Don’t worry if you feel like you don’t know what you want to
do yet because there will be a lot of talks and sharing sessions by market
experts too. Plus point for this career fair is that they encourage the public
to bring their CVs as well as they can be interviewed there and then if the
companies are keen.
For those who’re interested do check it out ok! Who knows,
you might get yourself your dream job there :)
